These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 888lucky Club ("888lucky," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888lucky website located at https://888lucky.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 888lucky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 888lucky, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888lucky or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.

888lucky reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 888lucky may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of 888lucky services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 888lucky Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 888lucky employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 888lucky reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888lucky login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 888lucky support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): 888lucky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. 888lucky reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Accepted Payment Methods: 888lucky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), debit cards, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 888lucky account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. 888lucky does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 888lucky bears no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. 888lucky aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. 888lucky reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 888lucky is required to monitor, record, and report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Funds deposited to your account must originate from legitimate sources. 888lucky reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

888lucky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse Prevention: 888lucky reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 888lucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

All games available on the 888lucky Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, fishing games, and any other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generation: All non-live games on the 888lucky Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Live Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 888lucky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 888lucky's decision in such matters is final.

Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888lucky Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 888lucky staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for financial gain.

All content on the 888lucky Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 888lucky or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

The 888lucky name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 888lucky. You may not use any 888lucky trademark without our prior written consent.

888lucky is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888lucky, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

888lucky's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 888lucky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888lucky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 888lucky's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 888lucky reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

888lucky reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 888lucky will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an in-platform notification to affected accounts.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
